Food delivery: food delivered to your event without servers; delivery charge based on zip code of event site.

 

All food drop-off orders include disposable plates, paper napkins, and disposable forks, knives & spoons.

 

*No service charge added to your bill. *

 

Full service catering: Food brought to your event by owner with servers to stay and work at the event; no delivery charge.

 

All full service catering orders include disposable plates, paper napkins, disposable forks, knives & spoons.

 

*A 20% service fee is added*

 

Leftovers: Our policy is that once the client pays for the food it is their food to keep and our staff will be more than happy to wrap up your leftovers for you to take home.

 

Beverage catering: All beverage orders must be combined with either a food drop off or full service catering order.

 

All beverage catering orders include beverages, disposable cups, glasses, and bowls for condiments, spoons & napkins.

 

All buffet orders include serving utensils, containers and bowls for buffet table.

 

All appetizer orders for full service catering include disposable plates, forks, napkins, serving tongs & silver trays for tray passing and display trays for stationary appetizers.

 

Customized menus: we can accommodate special dietary needs and are happy to customize & interchange most of our menus for you and/or make a dish for you that is not listed on our menus.

 

Meat and/or cheese can be omitted from some items.

 

Food tastings: Food tasting fee is based on how many items you wish to taste and the amount of people who will be at the tasting.

Budget Menu Options: we have several budget menus and budget packages for you.

Wait staff & bartenders: We discount our hourly rates for wait staff & bartenders when combined with full service catering orders.

 

* If you have another source for your food & beverages, we can send you just the staff without the discounted rates.*

 

Event Planning: We have great event planners for a reasonable fee.

 

* Event planner fees are based on location of event and amount of guests.*

 

Tables, chairs, linens, real china, real glassware & real silverware all need to be rented from a separate vendor.

 

We are happy to place your order for you with a trusted rental vendor we have worked with before as part of our service to you.

 

*We will arrange all the delivery details with the venue & rental company for you!*

 

Referrals to other vendors: DJs, florists, makeup artists, entertainment, officiate, valet parking, security, invitations, photographers, rentals & venues.

 

*we can negotiate a discount for you with our trusted vendors upon signed contract for catering.*

 

Unlimited communication with owner leading up to the event and at the event and excellent customer service!

 

Staffing policies & ratio

 

We can provide staffing for you even if you have another source for your food!

 

Pricing on our staffing web site is based on if you are not using us for your food.

 

Our discounted staffing rates are based on the amount of guests, your budget, and the number of staff needed to make your event go smooth.

 

The rates on the staffing web site are only discounted if we are providing food & staffing together for your event.

The more formal your event is the more staff you will need.

 

A formal sit-down dinner with servers Plating & serving each course, pouring wine & water, pouring coffee and serving Dessert will require more staff than a self-serve buffet, self-serve drinks, coffee, and dessert stations.

 

If you want real china, glassware and silverware vs. disposable, then you will need more staff as all of those items have to be rinsed and packed into the Crates delivered by the rental company.

 

If you are having a bar, please let us know if you need mixed cocktails or just beer, wine, waters & soft drinks.

 

We will give you our experienced opinion on how many staff you will need once we have more details about your event!

 

Deposits

 

Food tasting fees are credited back to you on your final bill should you choose us for catering your event.

 

To book us for catering, we will need a retainer fee of $500 to hold the date for you; this is credited back to you on your final bill.

 

We are happy to split up the other deposit in stages if you have budget concerns. We require the balance to be paid eight days before the event along with your final guest count.

 

Pricing

 

Our budget menus and meal packages have pricing and the other menus do not list prices because certain fruits, meats, seafood and vegetables fluctuate, (depending on the season) and are based on current market price, guest count, and amount of other items selected for your menu.

 

We like to give our clients a fair & competitive price, good value for the dollar, generous portions and delicious food! We don’t believe in ‘price gauging’ and we are a very budget friendly caterer! (flexible too!) The larger the group the more we can discount pricing!

 

The 20% “service fee” on full service catering is for all the offsite labor (which clients do not see) before the event.
