Even though this page is listed as a 'Wedding Menu', you can select any of these items for other types of events. If you are having a wedding, you can choose foods off any of our other Menus. All Menu pages can be interchanged and customized. You can find appetizers, Desserts, Salads, Sides and additional Beverages on our other menus.

Each entrée is served with a Garden Green Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing, Fresh Dinner Roll with Butter, Fresh Seasonal Vegetables (steamed or grilled option)
and a choice of Rice Pilaf, Pasta, or Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

Additional charges apply for each station selected. Station prices vary and are based on which stations are selected and Guest Count. Each Station includes appropriate Condiments & Sauce Options. Some of our other Menus have additional Stations.

Chili Station – Old fashioned Beef Chili with Bowls of Topping Selections
Toppings included are Chopped Onions, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, & Sour Cream with Fresh Corn Bread, Honey & Butter

Poached Decorated King Salmon Station – King Salmon with Lemon Wedges, Herbed Mayonnaise, Dijon Sauce & Gourmet Crackers

Prime Rib Station – Chef carved Prime Rib with Au Jus & Horseradish Sauce with fresh Sourdough Bread & Butter

Baked Turkey-Chef carved and served with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Cranberry & Orange Sauce and choice of two Stuffings

Cold Seafood Station – Jumbo King Crab Claws, Littleneck Clams & Jumbo Shrimp
